- CA(SA) with 1–3 years' post-articles experience, or CIMA, AGA(SA), SAIPA, or ACCA with 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, management accounting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and reconcile large financial datasets.
- Experience with multi-entity reporting, intercompany accounting, and financial consolidations.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in commercial finance, cost accounting, or multi-country tax is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and management reports.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, withholding tax, and statutory submissions.
- Perform general ledger, payroll, bank, intercompany, and fixed asset reconciliations.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and oversee depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.
- Conduct profitability, cost, and financial performance analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely statutory reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial efficiency and operational performance.
- Support business planning and provide financial insights to management.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

- Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Experience with multi-entity reporting, commercial finance, or cost accounting is advantageous.
- International or multi-country tax experience is beneficial.
