Position: Financial Accountant (Retail)

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial integrity of our client’s operations, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Duties:

Process and reconcile daily sales, cash, and bank transactions
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting schedules
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and stock reconciliations
Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance
Prepare VAT submissions
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the retail sector
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
