• Capture supplier invoices and maintain creditor records in multiple currencies.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and process bank and credit card transactions.
• Perform creditor, bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Resolve supplier account queries and discrepancies.
• Process employee expense claims and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly journals, including PAYE and prepayments.
• Complete EMP
  201 returns and assist with VAT-related requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
• Assist with fixed asset and stock verification checks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and audit documentation.
• Manage petty cash and provide general financial administrative support.

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 1-3 years' accounting experience.
• Experience with Sage or similar ERP accounting systems.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Sound understanding of VAT and statutory compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of cross-border accounting activities advantageous.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently and within a team.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Must be comfortable working in a full-time, office-based role.
