About the Role

This role involves assisting program coordinators with the day-to-day operations of various social initiatives, directly impacting individuals and families in need. • Provide administrative support to program coordinators, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of community workshops, events, and outreach activities.

• Help manage program supplies and resources, ensuring availability for activities.
• Assist with client intake processes and follow-up communications.
• Contribute to program evaluation by collecting feedback and basic data from participants.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant tertiary education or training is advantageous.
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a social services or community setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse community members.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
