Senior Consultant - Business Process Re-engineering

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Re-engineering to join their esteemed practice in Stellenbosch. This role requires a professional adept at dissecting existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing streamlined, optimized workflows. You will collaborate with clients across various sectors to fundamentally rethink and redesign their operations for enhanced performance and agility. This is a pivotal role to drive significant operational improvements within businesses in the picturesque Western Cape region.

• Lead diagnostic activities to map and analyze current business processes, identifying critical pain points and areas for radical improvement.
• Design and develop future-state processes that are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop implementation plans and manage the transition to new processes, including change management and training.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to achieve measurable results.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained benefits and continuous improvement.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are highly valued.
