Management Consultant - Strategy Execution

Our client, a leading name in Management Consultancy, is seeking a driven Management Consultant specializing in Strategy Execution to join their team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This role focuses on helping organizations translate their strategic ambitions into tangible operational realities. You will work closely with clients to design and implement frameworks, processes, and capabilities that ensure strategic goals are effectively achieved.

• Assess clients' current capabilities and structures for strategy execution and identify areas for enhancement.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build internal client capabilities for sustained execution.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or a similar advisory role.
• Proven ability to assist organizations in implementing complex strategies and driving change.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, organizational design, and performance management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging with senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
