Management Consultant - Organisational Design

Our client is seeking a proactive Management Consultant with expertise in Organisational Design to join their team in Stellenbosch . You will be instrumental in helping clients reshape their structures, roles, and processes to better align with their strategic goals and enhance operational effectiveness. This role involves diagnosing current organisational challenges, designing optimal future-state structures, and supporting the implementation of these changes.

You will collaborate with leaders across various functions to ensure that the organisational design supports agility, efficiency, and employee engagement in the thriving academic and business environment of Stellenbosch .

• Analyze client organizational structures, workflows, and human capital to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and develop optimal organizational models , including reporting lines, team structures, and role definitions.
• Develop strategies for talent management, performance management, and workforce planning aligned with new designs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input and gain buy-in for proposed organisational changes.
• Support the implementation of new organisational designs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Assess the impact of organisational changes on culture, employee experience, and business outcomes.

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational design , change management, or human capital consulting.
• Proven experience in diagnosing organisational issues and designing effective structural solutions.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of an organization.
