Client Relations Officer

Our client is recruiting a professional and proactive Client Relations Officer to be based in their Stellenbosch office. This position is critical for nurturing and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth and enhanced service delivery.
