Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to contribute to their operations strategy development in Stellenbosch. Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine operational strategies to align with company goals and market dynamics.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis of existing operations and identify key areas for improvement.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Create financial models and forecasts to support strategic investment decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous development of the engineering team.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Significant experience (7+ years) in industrial engineering, operations management, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful operational strategies.

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
