• Manage residential development projects from land acquisition through to construction, handover, and project close-out.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, feasibility studies, procurement, contracts, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, risk management, and compliance with statutory, environmental, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct land acquisition due diligence, financial feasibility assessments, and commercial reporting to maximise project value and profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in residential property development and project management.
• Proven experience managing residential developments from acquisition through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience with land acquisitions, feasibility studies, and South African planning and construction regulations.
• Excellent project management, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering quality outcomes within budget and deadlines.
