Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager job vacancy in Stellenbosch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects valued at approximately R60 million.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to required standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure that construction activities are properly planned, coordinated, and executed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at approximately R60 million.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of a construction project effectively.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of project delivery.
