- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender evaluations.
- Support the management of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports, including progress claims and variations.
- Conduct site visits to measure work done and assess progress.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams on cost-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial regulations.
- A recent Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and contract law.
- Familiarity with cost management principles and measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with cost estimating software is advantageous.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
