About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations for commercial development projects in Paarl . This role requires ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for managing site personnel, coordinating trades, and monitoring progress against project plans. The successful candidate will have a strong practical understanding of construction processes and a commitment to upholding safety and quality, contributing to the successful completion of commercial buildings that enhance the infrastructure of this vibrant Winelands community.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
