Construction Project Manager - Multi-disciplinary

Our client is seeking an accomplished Construction Project Manager to lead diverse and complex construction projects in the vibrant Stellenbosch, Western Cape region. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of all facets of the construction process.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and site personnel.
• Manage project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Liaise effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to maintain project alignment and communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management , with a significant portion managing large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies , contract administration, and financial management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and reporting tools.
