• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor work progress and productivity, identifying and resolving any site-related issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, promoting good housekeeping practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards.
• Report site progress, challenges, and resource needs to project management.

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices on construction sites.
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• A relevant trade qualification or certification is advantageous.
