E-commerce Sales Assistant

Our client is seeking an energetic and organized E-commerce Sales Assistant to support their online retail operations in Stellenbosch . This part-time, hybrid role involves assisting with product listings, customer order fulfillment, and online customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for customers, contributing to the efficiency and growth of our client's digital storefront.

• Assist in creating and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in packing, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and helpful support.
• Manage online inventory levels, flagging any discrepancies or low stock items.
