You will lead design development, mentor junior staff, and engage with clients to articulate design vision. • Lead the conceptualization and design development of architectural projects, creating innovative and contextually appropriate solutions.
• Produce high-quality design presentations, including sketches, renderings, and physical models.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers in developing their design skills in Stellenbosch .
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in design, technology, and sustainable architecture.

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Professional registration with SACAP is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience focused on architectural design leadership.
• Expertise in design software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
