• Lead the technical design development and detailing for various architectural projects.
• Produce comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with South African National Building Regulations and SANS standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.
• Conduct site visits as required to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural technicians, fostering their technical development.

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with a focus on technical detailing and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant South African codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple technical aspects of projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for hybrid team collaboration.
