• Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management
• Postgraduate supervision and mentoring of research students
• Supervision of internships and practical placements
• Conducting and publishing original research in accredited journals
• Presenting research findings at national and international conferences
• Contributing to service activities, social impact programmes, and community interventions
• For Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor levels: providing academic and managerial leadership to the Department

• Doctoral degree in Industrial Psychology from an accredited institution
• Professional registration with the Professional Board for Psychology as an industrial psychologist
• Proven record of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
• Demonstrated research output in accredited publications
• Practical and teaching experience in Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management
• Two to six years' relevant experience (Lecturer and Senior Lecturer levels); seven to ten years' for Associate Professor and Professor levels
• Advanced statistical computing skills (R, SPSS, SAS, LISREL, Mplus) for Professor/Associate Professor level applicants
• Qualitative data analysis software experience (ATLAS.ti, NVivo) for Professor/Associate Professor level applicants
