Montessori Teacher - Primary Section

Our client, a prestigious educational institution in Stellenbosch , is seeking a qualified and dedicated Montessori Teacher for their Primary Section. This role involves guiding children aged 6-12 through the Montessori curriculum, fostering independence, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. You will be responsible for preparing the learning environment, observing and facilitating individual learning journeys, and cultivating a respectful and collaborative classroom community.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and a passion for nurturing young minds in a child-led educational setting.

• Implement the Montessori curriculum effectively, preparing the classroom environment with appropriate materials.
• Observe and guide individual students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student work and progress.
• Create a harmonious and respectful classroom atmosphere where children are encouraged to be independent learners.

• Certified Montessori Teacher qualification (e.g., AMI, AMS) for the primary age group.
