Project Manager, Operations Manager, Energy Management​/ Efficiency

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join a major renewable energy infrastructure project delivering Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage solutions to critical pump station operations. This role is ideal for a strong EPC project professional with NEC contract experience, renewable energy exposure, and a passion for driving large-scale projects safely, efficiently, and successfully from planning through to commissioning.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a large Solar PV & BESS infrastructure project
• Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, and resource coordination
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
• Manage NEC contract administration including early warnings and compensation events
• Track project costs, cash flow, forecasting, and commercial performance
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Support successful delivery within project timelines, budget, and technical scope

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience managing EPC or infrastructure projects
• Strong NEC contract management and project administration experience
• Experience with in Solar PV, BESS, renewable energy, or power infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of electrical construction and grid integration
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and project planning tools
• Excellent stakeholder, contractor, and client management skills
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and reporting capability
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic site and project environments
• Strong safety, quality, and compliance mindset

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial)
• PMP / PrEng / Pr Tech Eng  advantageous
