Automotive Mechanical Engineer

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for automotive applications, such as powertrain, chassis, or thermal management.
• Conduct detailed FEA simulations and performance analysis to optimize designs for durability, efficiency, and cost.
• Create and manage detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings according to industry standards (e.g., APQP).
• Oversee prototype builds and conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure design requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot design issues and implement solutions throughout the development process.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Solid Works) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Adams).
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, or thermal management.
• Experience with automotive testing procedures and data analysis.
