Industrial Engineer - Facility Design

• Develop conceptual designs and detailed layouts for new or existing facilities, considering material flow, equipment placement, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize CAD software and simulation tools to create visualizations and analyze proposed designs.
• Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed facility modifications or new builds.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Perform site visits and assessments to gather requirements and monitor construction progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimumof 5 years of experience in facility design , layout planning, and material flow optimization.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works) and simulation tools is essential.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, warehousing operations, and ergonomics.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple external parties.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
