• Design and develop innovative mechanical systems and components using advanced materials.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Solid Works or similar software.
• Conduct engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fatigue testing simulations, to validate designs.
• Build and test prototypes, iterating designs based on experimental results and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with materials scientists to understand material properties and their application in mechanical designs.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced effectively.
• Document design processes, test procedures, and results meticulously.
• Stay abreast of new developments in mechanical engineering and advanced materials technology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a preference for experience in R&D or advanced technology development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA).
• Experience with materials testing and mechanical characterization.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to advanced materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
