About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join their team in Stellenbosch . This role involves conceptualizing, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to larger functions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and attendees. You will manage all logistical aspects, vendor coordination, and budget adherence, working collaboratively to bring diverse event visions to life.

This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from initial concept to post-event analysis.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainers.
• Develop event budgets and ensure all activities remain within financial constraints.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and on‑site execution to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is met with creativity and precision.
