• Consult with clients to understand their event needs, objectives, and budget constraints.

• Create and manage detailed event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee all on-site event logistics, including venue setup, staffing coordination, and vendor management.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout the planning process and event execution.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Proven experience working closely with catering companies and other event vendors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
• Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
