• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of sports and leisure events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to secure services and manage contracts.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and operational plans, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and objectives.
• Coordinate event staffing, including volunteers and temporary staff, providing clear direction and support.
• Manage on-site event operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure smooth running.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare detailed reports for review.

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar event management role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with event budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
