Position: Salaried Wealth Advisor |

Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisor to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role involves comprehensive wealth planning, strong client relationship management, and the ability to drive the financial planning practice within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored wealth planning services, with a focus on investments, risk, business, and fiduciary matters.
  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through effective relationship-building and proactive management.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring alignment with their evolving financial needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and mandate requirements.
  • Collaborate across business divisions to enhance client services.
  • Manage practice operations, including revenue and commission oversight, to ensure business efficiency and client satisfaction.

    • Qualifications:

  • Matric (CFP designation preferred).

    • Experience:

  • At least 3 years in investment and insurance sectors.

    • Skills:

  • Strong investment and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and time management.
  • Ability to manage a financial practice within a larger business.
  • Resourceful, client-focused, and highly proactive.
  • Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and FUA management track record.
