Junior Bookkeeper - Temporary

Location: Head Office, Stellenbosch (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-time | December 2025 – February 2026
Remuneration: R26,000 TCTC
Reports to: Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our Head Office team in Stellenbosch temporarily. This hybrid position offers flexibility while supporting our finance department during a high-volume period.

The primary purpose of this role is data capturing and assisting with increased transaction volumes to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process debtor and creditor invoices.
• Maintain and update the cashbook.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure proper filing.
• Assist with general finance administration as required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ relevant finance experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Driver’s license and own transport (essential).
• Reside in the Winelands area (preferred).
