Junior Finance & Operations Administrator – Stellenbosch.

• Xero processing across multiple entities
• Bank reconciliations, supplier allocations, and customer allocations (debtor & creditor recons).
• Maintaining clean general ledgers and ensuring documentation is attached.
• Assisting with month‑end close packs by ensuring all transactions are processed.
• Exposure to Cin7 (Cin7 usage may be limited initially and grow over time).
• Assisting with tax admin queries (information gathering, follow‑ups).
• Supporting VAT and PAYE admin processes (collecting invoices, checking dates etc.).
• Tracking deadlines and outstanding items for the accounting team.
• Extensive prior tax knowledge not a prerequisite.
• Managing finance‑related admin across companies.
• Keeping task lists, trackers, and follow‑ups up to date (predominantly via internal stakeholders).
• Helping reduce friction for senior team members by taking ownership of admin tasks.

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or finance admin role.
• Practical Xero experience (processing focused).
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working across multiple entities and client files.
• Understanding of and exposure to inventory systems (Cin7 etc.).
• Experience in a professional services or SME environment.
• Basic understanding of South African tax concepts (VAT, PAYE, income tax).
• Experience supporting accountants or auditors.
