Consult with the client to guide and support CBL layout requirements
ADS data processesTo collect, load and monitor the flow of all data through the various stages within agreed service level agreements (SLA)
Reporting RequirementsCommunicate branch cancellations and report to Industry
To ensure that all reports, SNOW cases, control documents and policy and procedure documents is kept up to date and is accurate and true.

Experience and Skills- Grade 12 - NQF Level 4
- MS Office qualification
- SQL certification
- 1 Year Data processing experience in a financial services industry
- 2 Years’ experience in a Customer service role
