- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial and accounting professionals, from junior roles to senior finance leadership.
- Develop expertise in specific finance niches, such as audit, tax, corporate finance, or management accounting.
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates through targeted search, networking, and leveraging financial industry knowledge.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within client organizations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the finance sector, understanding their unique staffing needs.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking for finance roles to clients and candidates.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven understanding of the financial services industry and common finance qualifications (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA).
