An established and growing South African group is seeking to appoint a Financial Manager to join its finance leadership team. The role will suit a CA(SA) with strong property sector experience who enjoys working close to the business and supporting operational leadership with financial insight and discipline. You will be part of a high-performing finance team and play a key role in ensuring strong financial governance across a diverse portfolio of operations.
This position offers exposure well beyond traditional reporting, allowing the successful candidate to contribute to financial strategy, operational performance and long-term business growth within a dynamic and evolving organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities
Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes and ensure accuracy of financial information
Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance standards
Provide commercial financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Partner with leadership to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with financial planning, cash flow management and investment analysis
Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial discipline and efficiency
Requirements- Minimum 2 years post-articlesexperience
- Manufacturing exposure would be asignificant advantage
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability
- Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and dynamic environment
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
