Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate finance transactions.
- Develop complex financial models to support valuation, transaction analysis, and scenario planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and industry research for potential deals.
- Manage transaction processes from origination through closing, coordinating with legal and other advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other market participants.
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Proven track record in deal execution and financial transaction structuring.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
