This is a serious finance leadership opportunity for a commercially minded CA(SA) or CIMA professional who wants to operate close to the heart of the business.

This is far more than reporting. You’ll partner with senior leadership, influence operational and investment decisions, improve profitability and working capital, evaluate new opportunities and help shape the financial performance of the division.
THE ROLELead financial performance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple operations
Turn complex financial and operational data into commercial insight
Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and operational efficiencies
Oversee financial controls, risk, inventory and capital investment
Evaluate new business opportunities, projects and expansion initiatives
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Partner directly with executive and operational leadership
CA(SA) or CIMA (CGMA)
5+ years’ relevant financial management experience
Strong commercial and financial analysis capability
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, agri or operational environments highly advantageous
Proven leadership and team development experience
Someone who can see beyond the numbers and confidently influence business decisions
