- At least 3 years of experience in designing, managing, and deploying cloud services, focusing on Microsoft Azure and on-prem IT Operations.
- 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, including designing, implementing, and monitoring cloud environments, especially Azure.

- Azure Cloud Infrastructure:
Design, build, manage, and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure and services within the ICT cloud environment (40%). - Incident and Ticket Management:
Manage incidents and ticket requests within the ICT Operations cloud environment (40%). - Cloud Security and Compliance:
Ensure cloud security, compliance, and risk mitigation for Company Azure resources (5%). - Process and System Improvement:
Drive process and system improvements within the ICT engineering environment (5%). - Support Procedures:
Update and maintain support procedures within the ICT engineering environment (5%). - Stakeholder Relations:
Manage stakeholder relations and provide client service within ICT.
- Azure cloud infrastructure and services (A,
E). - Microsoft Azure Active Directory and identity management (A,
E). - Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and automation (A,

- Experience in the deployment, implementation, management, and monitoring of Linux environments (RHEL/CENTOS/Ubuntu, etc.) (A,
E). - Experience in management of Microsoft Office
365 and associated services at an advanced level (A,
E). - Experience in the design, implementation, management, and monitoring of Azure systems (A,
E). - Experience in the design, implementation, managing, and monitoring of Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware High Availability Clusters (I,

- Scripting and automation (Power Shell, Azure CLI, or Terraform) (B,

- Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
