About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist — someone who thrives on clarity, optimization, and measurable impact.

You’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and display networks — building the systems, dashboards, and analytics that make performance marketing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, You Tube, Meta, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
• Build and manage tracking and analytics (GTM, GA4, UTM links) to ensure data accuracy and insight.
• Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to align ad performance with brand storytelling.
• Develop clear, actionable KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Test, iterate, and refine campaigns to improve ROI.
• Support automation processes (Mailchimp, CRM triggers, and workflows).

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience in Paid Ads or Performance Marketing.
• Google Ads Certification (or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in GTM and GA4.
• Strong analytical mindset — confident working with data and optimization tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into narratives.
• A stable, self-managing approach — structured, focused, and reliable.
