• Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation tools.
• Assist with creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows, including notifications, reminders, and approval processes.
• Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by Microsoft 365 Copilot and automation solutions.
• Perform system testing, basic troubleshooting, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Provide first-line user support and assist employees with the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and POPIA requirements.
• Escalate complex technical issues and system changes to senior team members where required.

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Exposure to Power Automate and/or Power Apps will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow established processes.
• Customer-focused with the ability to provide effective first-line technical support.
• Understanding of data governance and POPIA principles will be advantageous.
