Business Central Functional Consultant
Salary: competitive depending upon experience
Location: Stellenbosch, South Africa (role requires flexibility to work UK hours)
Role & Responsibilities- Undertake the design, documentation, deployment, testing, UAT support, go live and post go live support of BC projects.
- Handle small and medium sized projects (end to end) independently.
- Work very closely with product owners to deliver a fit for purpose solution.
- Work on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Essential:
- Dynamics NAV/BC full life cycle implementation experience.
- Good exposure in configuration and documenting customization.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience documenting technical approaches for user stories based on customer requirements and knowledge of the system.
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to document customer requirements clearly and concisely.
- Capability to manage workload and projects independently.
Desirable:
- Ability to lead with guidance design workshops with customers.
- Experience writing concise user stories based on customer requirements.
- Exposure to Business Central upgrade projects.
- Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, SQL, and/or SSRS is an advantage.
- MB800 Business Central Functional Consultant Qualification.
- Functional knowledge of a variety of modules in BC.
