Ai & Automation Specialist – Information Technology

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
• 4-5 years' experience in a technology, systems, automation, or Microsoft 365-focused role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, SQL, and Visual Studio
• Strong understanding of AI, workflow automation, business process improvement, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to assess the operational and financial impact of technology initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, or API integrations will be advantageous
