Capitec in Stellenbosch is seeking a capable Automation Test Lead to guide a team of testers and advance our testing strategy towards automation while maintaining rigorous manual testing where it matters. You will own end-to-end testing for your product area from planning through release readiness.
You will lead four testers and build on a strong quality culture, influencing testing practices across the team and collaborating closely with software engineers, product partners and operations.
