Minimum Requirements

BEng in Industrial Engineering or a relevant related qualification
Junior or recently qualified candidates are welcome
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Excel and general computer skills
Strong interest in technology, data, AI and continuous improvement
Practical mindset and the ability to work well with people
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/WMS or AI tools will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement improved systems, procedures and working methods
Identify bottlenecks, waste and inefficiencies
Use data and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements
Identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation
Investigate and implement practical AI solutions for data analysis, reporting, administration and decision-making
Work closely with operational staff to implement improvements on the warehouse floor
Measure the impact and results of improvement projects
