The Senior SAP Success Factors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant who has implemented at least three SF Time Tracking and isSF Certified. Ability to streamline time recording processes, and approvalworkflows, and integrate with SF EC and SF Payroll and third-party clockingsystems. This role ensures that time data is captured accurately and aligns with labour laws, company policies, and operational needs.

A Success Factors Time Tracking Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SF Time Trackingsolutions to support accurate time management and compliance across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs fortime tracking.
• Analyse current time management processes and identify gaps.
• System Configuration & Implementation
• Configure SF Time Tracking modules including time types, timeprofiles, and approval workflows.
• Set up time valuation rules and integration with SF EC PY.
• Integration & Testing
• Configure seamless integration with SAP Employee Central,Payroll, and third-party Clocking systems via SFTP API.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, and resolve defects.
• Training & Documentation
• Train HR teams and end-users on system usage and best practices.
• Support & Optimization
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues.
• Recommend enhancements based on usage patterns and feedback.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Success Factors Time Tracking absencemanagement, and payroll integration and Employee Central.
• Experience with setting up SF API for Time Evaluation, validation,error handling and compliance.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements across regions (e.g.,overtime, leave policies).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technicalconfigurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SF certification in Time Tracking.
• Experience with complex business rules time tracking and confirming company policies.
