• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or system administration role.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking protocols, and cloud platforms .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
