Helpdesk Support Analyst; Hybrid

Our client is looking for a skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide essential technical support and troubleshooting to their employees and clients in Paarl . This on-site role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly. • Respond to and resolve IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and hardware.
