Project Manager - Technology Implementation

• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of technology projects, including software development, system integrations, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Define project scope, objectives, key deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with IT leadership and business units.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, track budgets, and monitor project progress using project management tools.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and address challenges.
• Manage risks and issues associated with technology implementations, developing and executing mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful user adoption and post-implementation support for all deployed technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on technology implementation and IT projects.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with SDLC.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
