IT Desktop Technician

We are currently looking for an IT Desktop Technician to provide first-line IT support for hardware, software and network issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Log, manage and resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user accounts, licensing, email and Teams.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, One Drive and other common user issues.
• Support Copilot rollout and provide basic user guidance.
• Configure devices for new employees and maintain the IT asset register.
• Assist with hardware upgrades and replacements.
• Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, network and connectivity issues.
• Support IT projects, including office setups, upgrades and migrations.
• Assist with IT security, antivirus checks and system updates.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant IT certifications such as A+ or N+.
• Minimum 1 year's IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Outlook, Teams and One Drive.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and user-support skills.
• Active Directory / Azure AD exposure advantageous.
• Experience with IT asset management tools advantageous.
