HRIS Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch . This role is essential for managing and optimizing the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, improve HR processes, and provide valuable insights. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to configure, maintain, and enhance the HRIS platform, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization in the Western Cape .

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards for management and operational needs.
• Support HR process improvements by leveraging HRIS capabilities.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement system updates or upgrades.
• Stay current with HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
• Proficiency in report writing and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
