• Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
• Deep understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tech recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
