• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for e-commerce platform development initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and marketing specialists.
• Oversee the implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations for the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure the platform meets performance, security, and usability standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote agile best practices within the team.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms or digital product development.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of web technologies, e-commerce best practices, and user experience (UX) principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in managing projects related to platform migrations or major feature rollouts is a plus.
